TIPS FOR BREWING
Use 45–50 g of coffee per liter of water .
This coffee is finely ground to provide maximum flavor, which is why you need slightly less coffee than usual.
Let the coffee stand in the filter for about 3 minutes before starting brewing.
This reduces air pockets and provides a smoother extraction.
Store cold coffee in the refrigerator.
The cold coffee tastes extra good as iced coffee, perfect with the dark chocolate flavor.
